"The crews checked roof seals, power washed and stained or painted a fence, a generator shed, and three large decks and stairs, washed all windows inside and out, and moved all plants and a hot tub. I was thoroughly impressed with their professionalism and attention to detail. I would not hesitate to hire them again, or to recommend them to anyone needing this kind of work."

"This was our first time using NorCal Maintenance and we were very impressed. We were able to get a quote for gutter guards and new downsp upouts within a few days and they were installed the following week. The installers were on time and did excellent work. They were able to fabricate a piece for a tricky downspout. We will definitely use them again."
