"NorCal Maintenance has made it to the top of my list of who to call when I need work done. This past winter caused an enormous about of moss to grow on my roof, then spring came and turned the moss into fuel. I hired NorCal Maintenance and had them clean & kill the moss from the roof. The crew showed up on time and was well equipped to safely work on my roof. Within a week, my neighbors were complimenting the work and asking who I hired. A few weeks later, I had to replace my fence. My homeowners' association required that it was an exact replacement, and a few days later other neighbors complimented the new fence and who I had hired. I also hired NorCal Maintenance to pressure wash my house. The windows weren’t able to keep water from coming in, but one of the crew was ready for this, cleaning up as the water came in. In 2021, I’ve had NorCal remove moss from my roof and treat it with a chemical that should prevent the moss from coming back for a few years, had them clean out the gutters, had the house pressure washed, and had the fence replaced. All of the work done was thorough and performed safely and the crew was always on time. They'll be the first phone call for the next project - no hesitation."

"I have used this service before for gutter cleaning and was impressed by their service. Today they came to clean and fix the gutters and install gutter guards. I love that they took pictures before, during and after the service. I highly recommend this company. I think the pricing is competitive and reasonable. They do a great job."

"We just purchased a town house in the Parker Hill area of Santa Rosa and discovered the gutters were in desperate need of cleaning. Because the new home is three stories, there was no way we could accomplish the cleaning ourselves. We were referred to NORCAL MAINTENANCE by a well know rain gutter installer because they did not clean gutters or install gutter covers. I called NORCAL and they responded quickly, inspected the home and provided a detailed estimate with two options. The crew showed up on time, they were professional, and hard owrking, completed the gutter cleaning and installed great stainless steel mesh covers. NORCAL's price was very fair, the mesh covers are fantastic! We won't have any leaf problems in the future. We can highly recommend NORCAL and will use them in the future for our window cleaning.
