"I needed to have someone look at my gutters as they were leaking when it rained and was not draining properly. I called Nor-Cal Maintenance for help. They were very understanding and responded quickly. Dave gave me a very reasonable estimate and the repairs were done quickly and professionally."

"This was the second time we have hired Norcal Maintenance and it won't be the last! Dave is responsive and helpful over text, which is very convenient. His team of Chuy and Marcillino were professional and friendly. When in the house, it was full white glove service wearing masks and booties over their shoes they systematically got to each window moving furniture as needed and putting everything back exactly as they found it. They did a wonderful job washing all of our windows and replacing nearly all of the screens by building new ones on the fly. Amazingly they accomplished all of this in less than 4 hours! "
