"What a wonderful company ! From the initial phone call to the actual day I had the work done !_The young man who did the job was very punctual, friendly and efficient !_My patio was covered in grease and moss from lack of care when he was finished it was just perfect !_I’d highly recommend Nor-Cal Maintenance again for any job ! I’m definitely going to be using them again in the future !!"

"These guys did such a great job cleaning and installing leaf guards on all my gutters on my house. I have some rentals that I will also have them do. David the owner is polite conscientious and reliable. My advice would be to call Norcal maintenance to have them not only do gutters. They do windows and power washing which I will have them back after when things get back to normal."

"I was concerned about the gutters of our rental property in Santa Rosa. David sent his crew out the next day. They cleaned all the gutters and installed new gutter guards. I won't have to worry about the gutters being clogged with leaves ever again. Thanks, Nor-Cal Maintenance!"

Outstanding Service

"Norcal replaced the gutters of our 1930s home. They meticulously found matching materials and did a superb job with the removal of the old gutters and installation of the new ones including adding leaf guards. The crew was courteous and they cleaned up impeccably. All of our concerns were addressed and they exceeded our expectations of craftsmanship and service. "
