"I received rather short notice from my insurance company that I needed to have my cabin's roof cleaned of debris and moss if my policy was to be renewed. I called five companies and three didn't even take the time to respond. Dave of Nor Cal was the only one to get back to me quickly and was willing to work with my deadline. He made schedule adjustments to fit me in. The insurance company also wanted fire mitigation yard work done. I knew that wasn't in the scope of Nor Cal's work but asked Dave if he knew of anyone up to the task. He suggested a couple of capable workers and took the time to meet me at the cabin to discuss the project. He then took time to meet with the workers and outline the job, kept in touch with them over the three days of work, had them take photos of progress made and forwarded them to me. His fee for overseeing this? Zilch...he did it to help me out. When all this was done, I did a walk-thru with Cal Fire who gave a flawless review of both roof and yard work...I can enthusiastically recommend Dave's company. He's professional, efficient, meticulous and great to work with."

"This company did a great job! Victor and his co-worker showed up on time, worked steady, and their finished product was excellent. Our job was not easy, 42 solar panels and gutters all around on very high multi story roofs. I was impressed!"

"I highly recommend this company. Friendly and thorough. Left my yard and patio cleaner than when they arrived. Even refilled the dog's water bowl! My roof and gutters never looked better. Five stars!!"
