"Dave took care of my problem when larger companies wouldn't even talk to me about repairing one clogged downspout. I guess it wasn't a big enough job. Nor-Cal Maintenance cleared the 10 foot downspout and repaired a leakey angle. Well, as far as I'm concerned, they have earned my trust by supporting me in a little job when no one else cared. This means that from now on they'll be my "go to" place for all things having to do with roof drainage, gutters, etc. I won't need to shop, they'll get the work automatically, and whenever a friend asks me to recommend someone, I won't hesitate to recommend Nor-Cal."

"Nor Cal Maintenance provided excellent gutter cleaning services for my house. They arrived promptly after I contacted them, fitting me into their already packed schedule. The team was courteous and very thorough. The team cleaned out the gutters very quickly, cleaned up both the front and the back deck and the driveway. In fact, there was less redwood debris on my driveway index them before they arrived. They’ve took 11 photos showing them before and after of the gutters in the roof, and I could see if they clean everything out of the gutters and off the roof. Very good job, completed very quickly by a great team. I look forward to using Norcal Maintenance in the future for all my gutter and roof cleaning needs. "

"This company really cares about providing great service. Jesus and his partner worked conscientiously, removed all of the debris in the gutters and left the yard as they found it. Jesus took and shared photos of the befores and afters and explained everything very well. Would definitely rehire."

"Dave is very professional and knowledgeable. He identified a few issues during my estimate process that I didn’t realize existed, which provided me the opportunity to consider how and when I wanted to repair them. His crew did a fantastic job!! I’m very pleased with their work and the price is fair and consistent with the estimate. I’m relieved to finally have high-quality gutter covers that will protect my home from embers during wildfires, but at a much more reasonable price than major brand names."
