1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

Acceptance of Nor-Cal Maintenance Terms of Service

Norcal Maintenance provides exterior property maintenance services including gutter installation, cleaning, repair, and other related services as described on our website.

3. Estimates and Pricing

All estimates provided are subject to final inspection of the property. Prices are subject to change if the scope of work differs from the initial assessment.

4. Promotional Offer Terms & Conditions

This is a limited-time promotional offer available to existing Nor-Cal Maintenance customers. Discount of $50 applies to any two (2) qualifying services booked together; $100 applies to any three (3) or more qualifying services booked together.

All services must be complete, full-scope projects. Partial services, partial-area work, and touch-up work do not qualify. What constitutes a complete, qualifying service is determined solely by Nor-Cal Maintenance Inc. at the owner's discretion. No exceptions.

Discounts apply to labor and standard service pricing only. Cannot be combined with other offers, promotions, or program pricing. Not redeemable for cash. Offer valid on services booked by Aug 10 and completed by 12/5.

Final pricing, scope of work, and scheduling are determined by Nor-Cal Maintenance Inc. following an on-site inspection. All work is subject to a signed estimate.
