"Have had a chronic problem with plugged downspouts and gutters overflowing. Called Nor-Cal Maintenance and spoke with Dave. My experience was just like all of the other positive reviews that I read. Dave was clear, friendly and reassuring. He gave me a clear estimate and stuck to it. Victor and Zeke were very talented, friendly and energetic.
