"I've worked with Nor-Cal Maintenance twice now - they have repaired some siding on my house, as well as repaired my chimney that was damaged by a critter. They are professional, perform high quality work, are very responsive, and are fairly priced. I cannot recommend them highly enough, and will not hesitate to use them again in the future. "NorCal Maintenance has made it to the top of my list of who to call when I need work done. This past winter caused an enormous about of moss to grow on my roof, then spring came and turned the moss into fuel. I hired NorCal Maintenance and had them clean & kill the moss from the roof. The crew showed up on time and was well equipped to safely work on my roof. Within a week, my neighbors were complimenting the work and asking who I hired. A few weeks later, I had to replace my fence. My homeowners' association required that it was an exact replacement, and a few days later other neighbors complimented the new fence and who I had hired. I also hired NorCal Maintenance to pressure wash my house. The windows weren’t able to keep water from coming in, but one of the crew was ready for this, cleaning up as the water came in. In 2021, I’ve had NorCal remove moss from my roof and treat it with a chemical that should prevent the moss from coming back for a few years, had them clean out the gutters, had the house pressure washed, and had the fence replaced. All of the work done was thorough and performed safely and the crew was always on time. They'll be the first phone call for the next project - no hesitation."
