"“This was our first time not being able to clean the gutters ourselves. Dave and his son were great to work with on the estimate and scheduling. The work crew were on time, professional, polite, provided quality work, and considerate of our property. They all took the time to get to know our very excited dog and were great with her. We're very impressed and highly satisfied with the results of the cleaning, securing of the gutters and installation for the new gutter guards we will be hiring them again and highly recommend Nor-Cal Maintenance for gutter needs""

"We were selling a home and needed it washed quickly. It was done within 4 business days. The home looked great, cobwebs gone and the outside of the windows were squeegee clean. They were careful around a window that sometimes leaked when sprayed. The wood deck was ready for paint and the concrete patio was no longer green and dirty. Worth every penny."

"Guys showed up fixed an cleaned my gutters in about two hours. They show before an after photos ( this difference was incredible!) These guys are pros!"

"I've worked with Nor-Cal Maintenance twice now - they have repaired some siding on my house, as well as repaired my chimney that was damaged by a critter.
