"This house had been neglected when I took over. My job entailed cleaning filthy windows, clearing clogged gutters and downspouts, and installing gutter guards. I shopped around and - given the scope of the work - even other companies referred me to NorCal. Dave, the owner, was responsive and pleasant. The lead man, Jesus, was good-natured and professional._The company’s insured and the price is right!"

"I hired Nor-Cal Maintenance to do several jobs around my home. Solar panels cleaned, moss removal from roof, gutter cleaning, windows washed inside and out and repair a torn sliding screen door. Dave, the owner was great to work with and Jesus did all the work. He did an excellent job on everything! My windows have never been so clean! I would highly recommend this company if you need work done around your home."
