Before You Reach Out
What should I have ready when I call?
The property address, what you’re seeing (overflowing gutters, a drip at a corner, moss, dirty windows) and whether it’s a one-story or two-story house. Photos help too. If you’re calling about a rental, an HOA or a business, tell us who can meet us there.
Which office should I call?
Either one. The Santa Rosa line is the main number, and the Windsor line, (707) 321-8477, is the one Dave has used for years. Calls to both get to the same people, so pick whichever is handier for you.
What happens after I send the form?
Someone from the office calls the number you entered to ask a few questions and set up a time to see the house. The estimate visit comes first and a written proposal follows, all before any work goes on the calendar.
Which cards do you take?
Diamond Certified’s report lists American Express, Discover, Mastercard and Visa as accepted. If you’d like to pay another way, ask when you get your proposal and the office will tell you what works.
