"We are new customers of Dave and the folks at Nor-Cal Maintenance. They just completed an installation of gutter guards. They also power washed the house and exterior window cleaning. The latter two were done beautifully with minimal fuss. This is our first experience with gutter guards, so we can't speak to that yet, but our close redwood trees have just begun their Autumn shed, so we'll have lots more experience to report on soon. Dave and staff are pleasant, enthusiastic and efficient. Things get done when and how they say it will get done. At this point, I would recommend Nor-Cal highly."

"Our roof project (removing moss, spraying mossicide, installing gutter guards) was done with great professionalism and care. Dave was great to work with on the estimate and scheduling and the work crew was expert, efficient, polite, and considerate of our property. We're very impressed and highly satisfied with the result - we will be hiring Nor-Cal again for future projects!"
