Your Peace of Mind proposal will specify your selected services, maintenance schedule, regular prices, member discounts, and total cost. Where offered, monthly billing and automatic payments require a separate written agreement and your authorization.

Offer and warranty terms
Offer terms: Valid for qualifying agreements signed between 11-1-26 and 12-01-26. Gutter-cover purchase is required for the 50%-off cleaning, no-additional-charge leveling, and discounted seam repairs. These benefits apply to gutters receiving covers and the work identified in the written proposal. The cleaning discount is based on NorCal Maintenance’s regular price for the same scope. Seam repairs are charged separately at the discounted price stated in the proposal.
Included leveling applies to existing, serviceable gutters that can be adjusted. Replacement gutters, replacement hangers, deteriorated fascia, structural repairs, concealed damage, and downspout replacement are excluded unless expressly included. Additional work requires written customer approval and any required change order. Combined membership and installation savings must be itemized in the proposal. Other promotions cannot be combined unless expressly stated.
Warranty terms: The 40-year limited warranty covers gutter-cover material only as specified in the actual written warranty. The warranty identifies the warrantor, coverage, remedies, exclusions, and any registration or maintenance requirements and is available before purchase. Any installation workmanship warranty is stated separately. Gutter covers are not represented as maintenance-free or guaranteed to prevent every clog or overflow.
